How Can I Sign UP?
1. Look at the calendar to the left to see
what dates and times are available. Using
the “Week” or “Agenda” view is easiest in
terms of seeing what needs are unmet.
If you see “food”, “overnight”, or
“Welcome” those slots are available.
Once a slot has been taken you will see
an individual’s first name in that slot.
2. Send an email to Shelter@gracecommunitychurch.org
asking for the date and time you would
like to sign up for.
3. You will receive a confirmation email
letting you know that you have been
scheduled.
4. The coordinator of your area of service
will contact you with more specific
instructions
5. Closer to the date you will serve you
will receive a reminder.
